Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 5, 2019

At Not the Dot, we take pride in offering curated wellness experiences and products designed with care and intention. Because many of our items are made-to-order or tied to educational and wellness events, our refund and return policy is structured to protect the integrity of our work and ensure fairness.

Due to the personal, sanitary, and custom nature of our curated period boxes and wellness kits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

If your box arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@notthedot.com

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photo documentation of the damage or missing item(s)

We will happily replace the affected item(s) or offer store credit at our discretion.

This includes:

• Caterpillars to Butterflies (private and group sessions)
• Teen Edition experiences
• Period Parties and resort-based events

Deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 10 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund or credittoward a future session.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credit.

Access to our patent-pending reproductive health assessment is final once access is granted or a session is initiated. We do not offer refunds for digital services that have already been delivered or accessed.

All contributions made to the Not the Dot Foundation are final and non-refundable. Tax receipts (where applicable) will be issued for eligible donations.
